I hereby grant permission for my student to go on the 8th grade trip to Valleyfair on Tuesday, June 2rd, 2026. In doing so, I consent that my student will leave the school grounds and will travel under the supervision of school district employees and bus drivers. I also understand that my student will participate in the activity at his/her own risk and that the sponsors are not responsible for any accidents.

We understand it is difficult for some students to pay for this trip, but only limited scholarships are
available.Any financial help would be greatly appreciated.
