Dear Third Grade Families,
At the end of the year the third grade classes will be going on three field trips. Please read this information and return the permission slip by Friday, May 16, 2025.

Friday, May 30th: Third graders will be attending the Flint Hills Family Festival at the Ordway Theater to see Ada Twist, Scientist. We will board the bus at 9:45 AM and return to Garlough at 12:30 PM for lunch at school. The cost of this trip is $4.00 per student.

Tuesday, June 3rd: Third graders will be going to the Historic Fort Snelling. Third graders will tour the fort on a guided tour learning the history of social, cultural and historical significance of Fort Snelling. We will board the bus at 9:45 AM and return to Garlough at 1:00 PM for lunch. The cost of this trip is $6.00 per student.
- Wednesday, June 4th: Third graders will walk to Marthaler Park for a picnic. Families are welcome to meet us there. We will leave at 11:15, eat lunch at the park, play on the playgrounds and return to school at 1 PM
